These days more than ever, I’m been craving time to breathe and be in my body. To write in more open-ended ways than usual. Maybe you’ve been feeling this way, too?
Join me for a virtual Yoga & Writing workshop co-hosted with writer & yoga instructor, at , this Monday, Nov 18th from 3:30-5 pm PST!
This workshop is truly for anyone at any level in terms of yoga and writing practice (for instance, I am at the “my best pose is lying on the floor” stage in terms of yoga). This workshop is free but any donations participants make will go to The Center for Reproductive Rights and the Natural Resources Defense Council.
Please share this info with someone you know who could use time to practice some yoga and writing together in community (all levels welcome!) 🧘🏽♀️🗒️🧘🏻📝🧘🏽
Just bring yourself, a yoga mat if you have one, something to write with, and a willingness to try to be present. You’ll leave our time together with a sense of being more embodied, some words on the page, and that magic feeling of being in community1. 🩵
